Are you energetic, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? The Wine Factory is looking for a Multifunctional Warehouse Worker / Driver to join our logistics team.

In this versatile role, you'll be responsible for warehouse operations as well as delivering orders to our customers. Every day is different—you'll help keep our warehouse organized, prepare orders with care, and ensure deliveries arrive safely and on time.

What You'll Do

Warehouse Operations
Receive, load, and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
Store products in the correct warehouse locations.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
Assist with inventory counts and stock control.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (where applicable).

Delivery & Transportation
Load the delivery vehicle with customer orders.
Deliver products safely and efficiently according to planned routes.
Ensure deliveries are completed on time and in excellent condition.
Collect customer signatures and payments when required.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.

Customer Service
Represent The Wine Factory professionally during every delivery.
Provide friendly and helpful service to customers.
Answer basic customer questions and communicate any issues to the warehouse team.

Team Support
Assist the Warehouse Supervisors with daily warehouse operations.
Support colleagues wherever needed to ensure smooth logistics and efficient teamwork.

What We're Looking For
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving products.
A valid driver's license.
Experience in warehousing or delivery is an advantage, but not required.
Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
